just unbuttoned that top button

The guys at Scotch & Soda have been living the good life in Amsterdam for more than 20 years. Their goal: the best materials, the best fits and just enough of a twist to make them interesting. Speaking of twists, we can’t help but wish we were reaching for the perfect cocktail after a long day’s work. Here are our favorite Scotch concoctions:

Highland Fling: Nice and easy, this one’s for when you’ve just unbuttoned that top button:
2 ounces Scotch
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce water
1 tsp superfine sugar
Garnish with a lemon twist

Rob Roy: The tie is loosened and dinner is on its way:
1 ½ ounces Scotch
¼ ounce sweet vermouth
Dash of Angostura bitters
Garnish with a cherry

Rusty Nail: Tie is gone, jacket is gone, work is just a distant memory:
2 ounces Scotch
1 ounce Drambuie
Garnish with a lemon twist

Mix it up with our Scotch & Soda sale on Thursday, February 4, at noon ET.
